Blackbird Farms is near the Purdue Research Park; Purdue Airport; Purdue varsity sports venues including football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, and soccer; biking, jogging and walking trails; and the Celery Bog Nature Area and Lilly Nature Center.

About the Blackbird Farms Homeowners Association
Blackbird Farms is zoned as a planned development. All homeowners are members of the Blackbird Farms Homeowners Association and as such are regulated by the Bylaws and the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of the Homeowners Association. As provided for in the Covenants, and to protect the interests of the entire neighborhood, homeowners are required to seek the approval of the Architectural Review Board before making substantial changes to the exteriors of their properties.
The Blackbird Farms Homeowners Association is governed by the Board of Directors. The Board is made up of homeowners who are elected to serve on a volunteer basis.
Blackbird Farms homeowners are encouraged to consider serving on the Board of Directors or to volunteer in other ways to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood.
